Sessions are priced at £100 per hour.

An Adult ADHD Assessment is priced at £1,200, this includes a 30 minute follow-up appointment and a free 60 minute therapy session.

I offer both face-to-face and online sessions. Online sessions are conducted via Microsoft Teams or Zoom, and face-to-face sessions are carried out in Beeston, Nottingham.

The number of sessions depends on the difficulty you have which we will discuss together following your assessment session. This can vary between 8 to 20 sessions. You are under no obligation to continue with therapy, if you wish to discontinue treatment earlier than agreed, we can discuss this together. 

Therapy can take place weekly or bi-weekly, we will discuss what will be best for your individual difficulties during our assessment session.
